Booking a room in McConnell can be accomplished via the McGillEUS Booking Website. This includes booking the Common Room, Conference Room, and Infosys.

Criteria
When filling out a timeslot on the website, bookings.mcgilleus.ca, you must meet certain criteria. Engineering Students can book all of the spaces free of charge, third parties can book at a price. A proper email address, a time slot (maximum 3hrs), and description is required to register. The website is managed by the VP Services; any questions can be sent to vpservices@mcgilleus.ca.

Common Room
The Common Room is bookable for other parties beyond engineering students, equipped with a small fee. McGill Student Friendgineers can book the Common Room spaces for $25/hr, and external groups for $50/hr. Payment should be done two days in advance, additional charges may apply in the event of damage or cleaning.
