TechWeek (not TechFair) is an annual celebration of the engineering profession, during which students have many opportunities to learn more about ongoing research at McGill, career prospects, and current trends in engineering industries. TechWeek spans a full week and usually occurs at the end of January each year (after E-Week and before TechFair and midterms). TechWeek events cover a wide range (if not all) of engineering disciplines, often focusing on multi-disciplinary subjects. These events are aimed to help students learn new engineering knowledge and prepare for the subsequent TechFair as well as other challenges to come.

TechWeek is organized by the TechWeek Committee, which comprises the VP Academic, the TechWeek Committee Chair, and several TechWeek Coordinators who are openly recruited every September.

Before TechWeek 2020, TechWeek went through a re-branding which resulted in the current logo. TechWeek 2021 is set to take place next year from January 18th to 24th.

Mission
