TechWeek (not to be confused with TechFair) is an annual celebration of the engineering profession, during which students have many opportunities to learn more about ongoing research at McGill, career prospects after graduation, as well as current trends in engineering industries. TechWeek spans a full week and usually occurs at the end of January each year (after E-Week and before TechFair and midterms). TechWeek events cover a wide range (if not all) of engineering disciplines, often focusing on multi-disciplinary subjects. Before TechWeek 2020, TechWeek went through a re-branding which resulted in the current logo. TechWeek 2021 took place from January 18th to 22nd, 2021.

To celebrate the engineering profession and to showcase innovative research, industry trends and career opportunities for McGill students.
Events
Typical events include:
- Professional development workshops (often in collaboration with the Engineering Career Center)
- Research talks given by McGill Engineering professors (also an opportunity to learn more about the SURE research program)
- Techtalks given by experts on state-of-the-art technologies in various engineering fields
- Cocktail networking sessions with industry professionals (the theme/related industry changes every year)
