Sort your Drive by file size
Google's got some tips on clearing methods, but in short the best options available to you are:
  1. Navigate to http://drive.google.com/#quota
Files are sorted by size so you can see what's taking up space
  1. Reduce Google Photos to 1080p quality
Settings > Upload Size
  1. Search your Gmail for any large attachments
Search has:attachment larger:10M
  1. Delete spam & erase your inbox
