G Suite: Drive Quota

As a part of the @mcgilleus.ca domain, you're provided a whopping 30GB free storage across your account. This includes space consumed by email attachments, Google Photos, and most importantly, your available Drive space. While Google's paid plans are cheaper than ever, you don't necessarily need to increase storage to make things work.

Sort your Drive by file size

Google's got some tips on clearing methods, but in short the best options available to you are:

• Navigate to http://drive.google.com/#quota

Files are sorted by size so you can see what's taking up space

• Reduce Google Photos to 1080p quality

Settings > Upload Size

• Search your Gmail for any large attachments

Search has:attachment larger:10M

• Delete spam & erase your inbox
