Clubs Council is a meeting between all the clubs which occurs once a semester. Its purpose is to facilitate conversation between clubs as well as between clubs and the EUS. The Clubs Council consists of the VP Student Life, the Clubs Representative, and one President from each EUS Club. Co-presidents should both attend, and if a president can’t back it, they must send a proxy. Each club gets one vote at Clubs Council. Often, Clubs Council and [[Clubs Fund Committee]] meetings are combined.
