Management is responsible for the operation and logistics of team operation. This includes organizing events, managing the team's social media, contacting sponsors, and planning outreach efforts.

==Competitions==
In 2018, the McGil Rocket Team became the second team to bring home the Genesis Cup at Spaceport America Cup. The team entered the competition with a 10,000 ft COTS rocket named Blanche, which launched nomically and was successfully recovered in the New Mexico desert. Blanche featured 50 student-designed components from a total of 53 major parts!

Since the team's fifth rocket "Blanche", the team has been hard at work redesigning their 30K COTS rockets and designing their first 10K Hybrid. Changes such as the elimination of the off-the-shelf components that remained, have saved costs and improved integration and reliability across the board. Additionally, testing has become more rigorous for all subsystems, ensuring that the next rocket will be a testament to the team's experience.

Throughout its years competing at IREC and SAC, in the 10K and 30K categories, the McGill Rocket Team has learned a great deal and is proud of the accomplishments it made along its journey.
