'''Sustainability in Engineering at McGill (SEAM)''', is a [[committee]] within the Engineering Undergraduate Society (EUS). The committee was formally founded in 2014. SEAM's purpose is to foster and promote a culture of sustainability in the Engineering community.
SEAM's main efforts are planning ''events'', managing ''projects'', providing ''consulting'' work, and compiling and providing offering sustainability ''resources'' to the McGill Engineering community.
== How to Run a Sustainable Event ==

===Plumbers' Plates===
Plumbers' Plates (formerly "The McConnell Plate Club") is run for the benefit of student groups on the Engineering side of campus, providing plates, cutlery and drinkware for events. The goal is to reduce the waste created at events and to reduce student groups' costs. You can order plates (for free) for your next event [httphttps://platesforms.mcgilleus.cagle/index.html 5uPgk4LGov4SKR6T6 here].
===Blues Pub Cups===
==Resources==
SEAM provides a starting place for engineering students at McGill that are interested in learning more about sustainability but don't necessarily know where to start. This is achieved by actively gathering information, resources, and opportunities and delivering them to the engineering student community via their [http://seam.mcgilleus.ca/index.html website], [https://mcgilleus.us2.list-manage.com/subscribe?u=d1cd06f1431644ddb69c3e4ea&id=3aaaf7df73 newsletter] and other networks.
