===Coords==='''When?''' Any time.
'''Where?''' At any event, or through Messenger, or by phone.
'''Why?''' For any situation requiring immediate action, or to request accommodations. Coords are an important resource at all E-Week events; our first priority is participant safety. As a captain, you act as a link between participants and coords, but participants can also reach out to us directly if they wish. Coords receive significant training to prepare them to deal with a variety of situations. We are trained in active listening and are able to receive disclosures. We also received training on how to make our events safer and respond to various forms of violence, and are informed on making accommodations appropriately. Ella, Yasemin, Marion, Spencer and Ilan are also trained in Mental Health First Aid, which is a two-day training that covers identifying and responding to various mental health crises. Coords can provide immediate assistance, and are able to remove someone from one event or the entirety of E-Week. We are also able to make accommodations before and during events. If you are unsure of which resource is most appropriate to use in any situation, coords can also help you define next steps. ===Equity & Sustainability Captains==='''When?''' At any time.
'''Where?''' At any event, or on Messenger, or by other means defined & advertised by the captains themselves.
'''Why?''' For any equity, inclusivity, accessibility or sustainability concerns; to reach out to coords indirectly. Equity and Sustainability Captains are a closer link between participants and coords. They receive additional training, which includes active listening, responding to disclosures, and emphasizes sections on consent and accessibility. Equity & Sustainability Captains are also highly aware of the resources available to participants, and will be clearly identified at events with a reflective item (exact shape to be announced prior to E-Week). ===Incident response & EUS Equity==='''When?''' At any time.
'''Where?''' incidentresponse.mcgilleus.ca
'''Why?''' To report any incident. This can be done anonymously or not. All E-Week participants can report any incidents to the incident response form, found at incidentresponse.mcgilleus.ca. Any responses to the form can be made anonymously, or you can choose to disclose personal information at your discretion. Responses to the incident response form can only be accessed by the Equity Commissioners (Marion Olivier and Julia Rafferty). When you submit an incident response form, you can choose whether you want further action to follow or not. For E-Week, this can include removing someone from the event, or beginning an involvement restriction process. Submitting something to the incident response form can also allow you to meet with an Equity Commissioner to identify next steps. During E-Week, any submissions to the incident response form which request further action will be acted upon within twelve (12) hours of their submission. ==Additional Resources===
