Changes

The powers and duties of council, as outlined in [[EUS_ConstitutionConstitution#Article_22TITLE III:_Powers_and_DutiesThe EUS Council|Article 22Title III]] of the constitution, are as follows:* Act as the governing advisory body of the EUS, empowered to make decisions which represents the opinions and take actions on behalf of the EUS* Enact initiatives to improve the experience values of the [[regular members]]* Maintain financial authority as outlined in the [[Financial Bylaws]] and [[Financial Policy]]* Define and uphold [[Policies]] and [[Resolutions]]* Ratify the [[CRO]], [[DRO]]s, and the electoral calendar* Establish [[committees]] Council, as it relates to other entititesits Regular Members;* Hold the [[Executive Committee]], [[SSMU Representative(s), Engineering Senator]](s), and [[SSMU Reps]] the Board of Governors accountable, in addition to adding mandatestheir duties;* Reverse decisions taken by the [[Executive Committee]]* Be held accountable Ratify positions-holders, including but not limited to [[General Assembly]]: Associate Members, conference delegates, and financial committee members.
