==Bylaws==
The creation of the category clubs was first adopted in April 2012. By all means the bylaws that governs club structure also carries over for design teams, however there are nuances that differentiate the two (different funding, different governing committees, and so on). The bylaws can be found here, ''as amended in March of 2015''.
