Mo's Law was conceived at EUS Council on January 30th, 2019 to address the issue of obtuse selection proceedings for EUS funding committees. If a situation arises, insofar as the official bylaws of the EUS are concerned, a superior number of candidates are nominated for a limited number of positions, it is the gentleperson's action to withdraw their name as to allow others the opportunity to participate and allow the expedient execution of proceedings during the meetings of the legislative branch of the EUS.
This universal, essential, unquestionable law of the Engineering Undergraduate Society of McGill University was was first enacted with the immortal phrase:"Two's a group. Three's a crowd. I respectufully withdraw my nomination"
