=CriteriaBooking a Room=When filling out a timeslot time slot on the website, [http://bookings.mcgilleus.ca bookings.mcgilleus.ca], you must meet certain criteria. Engineering Students can book all of the spaces free of charge, [[Room Booking#Common Room|third parties]] can book at a price. A proper email address, a time slot (maximum 3hrs), and description is required to register. The website is managed by the [[VP ServicesSpace Manager]]; any questions can be sent to [mailto:vpservicesspace.manager@mcgilleus.ca vpservicesspace.manager@mcgilleus.ca]. It is very important that you specify in the description wether or not you will be needing music, sound with the projector or the microphone. In the case that you will be serving alcohol at your event you will need to have a liquor permit and all volunteers serving the alcohol must have their server training. The alcohol must also be provided by the EUS. It is best that you indicate that you've covered all these bases in the description so that the [[Space manager]] or the [[VP Services]] don't come chasing after you. 

The Common Room On Friday night it is bookable for other parties beyond engineering students, equipped with a small fee. McGill Student [[Friendgineers]] can book the Common Room spaces for $25/hrlocation of Blues Pub, and external groups for $50/hr. Payment should be done two on all other days in advance, additional charges may apply in the event of damage or cleaning.it is open to you!

Book this for a casual meeting. There's usually lots of furniture in here so it doesn't fit quite as many but it's more private than the main room.==Conference Committee Room==Holds 15 people for a meeting.

[[Infosys]], tentatively the Committee Room consists of three InfosysHolds 5-linked Computers, 10 people for a meeting table that can comfortably seat 8 persons, and two whiteboards. Among other items in Infosys there are also cubbies to hold specific committees goods, a speaker system, and a black leather couch. The Infosys space is managed by the current [[IT Director]] in the absence of the Infosys Manager.
