Email Signature

Below is the standard email signature for the EUS. Gmail doesn't directly provide that much email customization, but copy pasting will carry the formatting. Make sure to update the wiki link to your group's page!

No Pictures 

Pictures should not be included in email signatures because they don't always show up properly, sometimes they're linked as attachments, and they are unnecessarily cumbersome

Shared Email

Font 

As outlined in the Branding Kit, Proxima Nova is the font of the EUS. However, since the font must be installed on the computer of the person receiving the email address, it may not always display. The default Gmail Sans Serif is sufficient as a result.
