The Mental Wellness Committee, or MWC, is a committee focused on creating engaging and accessible events for engineering students to promote mental and physical wellbeing. Past in-person events have included therapy dogs, apple picking, whitewater rafting and spinning classes. This year, we have kept the momentum going with monthly challenges designed to get people out of the house and exploring the outdoors, art therapy workshops, scavenger hunts, and movie nights.
