EUS Letters Patent

A Letters Patent is a document that outlines a corporation's legal operations within the province of Quebec, such as how many legal administrators there are, the total amount of money the corporation can have, its mandate, and so on.

Updating

The Letters Patent needs to be updated every so often to reflect a corporation's standing. Every year the EUS must file an Annual Declaration in the event that the address has changed, administrators (e.g. the Board of Governors) change, if the mandate changes, and so on. The document below, for example, has previous administrators listed, which have been updated annually since our incorporation in 1990.
